1] Heard Mr.Mohite, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Ms.Shinde, learned Asst. Public Prosecutor for the State. 2] This Writ Petition is filed seeking direction to the Respondent No.1 to register an FIR on the basis of the Petitioner's complaint dated 29th November, 2015. Ms.Shinde, learned APP placed on record a report dated 31st January, 2017, submitted by the Assistant Police Inspector, Nayanagar Police Station and submits that in pursuant of the Petitioner's said complaint, an FIR bearing CR No.23 of 2017 is registered against the six persons for the offences 1/2

osk 905-wp-2104-2016.odt punishable under Section 385 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. Accordingly, the report dated 31st January, 2017 is taken on record.

3] In view of the above, Mr.Mohite, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the grievance of the Petitioner no more survives.

4] Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
