The principal relief sought in the above Petition is that the Respondent No.2, Mr. Vijay Kadam, Senior Inspector of Police, Azad Maidan Police Station, should not interfere with the investigation. The Learned Addl PP Mr. Kamkhedkar states that the charge sheet has already been filed yesterday i.e. 19-6-2018. We are also informed that Mr. Vijay Kadam Senior Inspector of Police has been promoted as Assistant Commissioner of Police.
