The grievance raised by the petitioner is three-fold. Firstly, to provide him proper medical treatment in good private hospital; secondly, to allow him to meet his relatives; and thirdly, to allow him home food. 2.

In case the grievance of the petitioner still subsists, the Superintendent of Taloja Central Prison is directed to look into the same and take an appropriate decision keeping in view the provisions of the jail manual and following the procedure, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.

With the above observations, writ petition is disposed of. 4.
