By the orders impugned the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner, Pune Region, Pune, rejected the applications filed by the petitioners at Exhibit - 85, 88, 95 & 96 in Change Report No. 2650/2019. 2.

By application at Exhibit-85 permission was sought to produce certain documents i.e., subscription receipts. By application at Exhibit-86, the petitioner had sought recall of the witnesses. The application at Exhibit-95 is in the form of notice to respondent/reporting trustee to produce the proceedings book of the year 2015 and of subsequent years. The applicant at Exhibit-96 is to exhibit documents filed alongwith Exhibit-94.

It appears that the evidence of contesting respondent is already over. It further appears that the petitioner has filed the applications in question after examining himself and two more witnesses. Considering the overall facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition. In the event the Petitioners are required to file appeal against the final order, liberty is granted to them to raise all the grounds, which they have raised in the present petition to assail the impugned orders, in that appeal.
