The grievance of the Petitioner is in respect of valuation of land purchased by him. According to the Petitioner he was made to pay excessive stamp duty on the instrument viz. sale deed dated 15th February, 2015.

The Petitioner has a remedy under the Bombay Stamp Act, 1958. Hence, we refrain to exercise extraordinary writ jurisdiction of this Court.
