By this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, Petitioner is challenging the order dated 13th April, 2016 passed by the learned Collector, Solapur in Dispute Application No. 1567 of 2015 and order dated 27th May, 2016 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune in Grampanchayat Appeal No.
A/GP/S/49/2016 Refusing to grant stay to the order passed by the learned Collector, Solapur on 13th April, 2016.

The learned Counsel Mr. Pachundkar for Petitioner submit that Appeal preferred before the Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune is pending for hearing and disposal on its own merits.

The learned Counsel for Petitioner submit that in the present proceeding adinterim relief was granted by this Court on 20th August, 2016 to be continued.

Considering the fact that Appeal No.
49 of 2016 is pending for hearing on its own merits before the Additional Commissioner following order is passed.
ORDER
(a) The learned Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune is directed to decide Appeal No. 49 of 2016 as early as possible but in any case within three months from the receipt of the copy of this order.
(b) Till the decision of Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune in Appeal No. 49 of 2016, ad-interim relief granted by this Court on 20th August, 2016 to continue.
(c) With these directions, Writ Petition stand disposed of.
