This is an application for bringing on record the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant who died on 4th April 2018. It is stated that the applicants are the legal heirs of the deceased appellant. For the reasons stated in the application, the same deserves to be allowed.

Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
