The issues involved in all these Petitions are common, therefore these Petitions are disposed of by common order. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners invited my attention to the order dated 31/1/2020 passed in Writ Petition No. 6570 of 2019 and other connected Petitions. My attention is also invited to the order dated 8/3/2021 passed in Writ Petition No. 5/7
1773/2021 and other connected Petitions. Learned counsel submits that the issue involved in these Petitions is similar to the one that arises in Writ Petition No. 6570 of 2019 and Writ Petition No. 1773 of 2021.

Considering the nature of the controversy and after going through the Petitions and the orders relied upon, the present Petitions can be disposed of by directing the respondent - Corporation to continue services of the petitioners on contract basis till disposal of the complaints (ULP) by the Industrial Court and subject to the outcome of the complaints. 5.
The Industrial Court is requested to dispose of the individual complaints of the petitioners herein within six (6) months from 22/9/2021.

It is made clear that no equities shall be claimed by the petitioners herein for being continued in services as per the present order.

All rights and contentions of the parties on merits are kept open to be decided by the Industrial Court in the pending complaints. The complaints to be decided uninfuenced by any 6/7
observations made by me in this order or in the impugned orders. The impugned orders are therefore set aside. 8.
Both parties shall appear before the Industrial Court on 22/9/2021 and produce an authenticated copy of this order. 9.
Learned counsel for the respondent - Corporation submits that one of the employee has remained absent for 22 days. Needless to mention that the interim protection granted in this order shall not be construed as a restraint on the corporation from proceeding against any employee for misconduct or default or taking action in accordance with law.
