Heard learned Advocate Shri Sejpal for the Applicant and learned APP Shri Dedhia for the Respondent-State. 2.

Even though there is a prayer for grant of anticipatory bail, it is only submitted that in fact there is one order granting anticipatory bail (Coram :- Shri Rajesh S. Patil, J.). Whereas time granted by the Court earlier is further extended as per order dated 25/05/2023 (Coram:- Shri Sandeep V. Marne, J.). Rs. 3,00,000/- is to be deposited on or before 31/05/2023, whereas Rs. 5,00,000/- is to be deposited on or before 21/06/2023. Hence the request is only for an extension of the time to deposit the amount as ordered by this Seema 1/2

35. Considering limited request, I have taken up this matter. 3.

Learned APP submitted that to show the bonafide the Applicant ought to have atleast brought a Demand Draft for some of the amount.

Mr. Sejpal submitted that due to some difficulties, the Applicant could not arrange for the money but now through him, she assures the Court that she will abide to the time extended by this Court. Hence the Order:- a) Willingness shown today to deposit Rs. 3,00,000/- on or before 26/06/2023 is accepted.

b) Willingness shown today to deposit Rs. 5,00,000/- on or before 03/07/2023 is accepted.
