This is an application seeking modification of an order of bail passed by this Court (Coram: Revati Mohite Dere, J.) on 10th July, 2019 in Criminal Bail Application No.745 of 2019. 2.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicant.

It is submitted that the applicant being a Carpenter finds it difficult to attend the Police Station as well as the trial Court where proceeding has already commenced.

Learned Counsel, therefore, seeks modification of the order, in the sense, relaxing clause (ii) of the order by which the applicant has been directed to attend the concerned Police Station on first Saturday of every month from 10.00 a.m to 11.00 a.m till the conclusion of the trial.

Learned A.P.P, on instructions, submits that the applicant has been attending the trial scrupulously and, therefore, prayer can be considered.

As such, condition of attending the Police Station is relaxed. However, it is made clear that the applicant shall attend the trial Court on each date.

Accordingly, the order dated 10th July, 2019 is modified. 8.

Modified order be uploaded on the website.

Application stands disposed of.
