By order dated 12th March, 2019, this Court had granted six weeks time to the Respondents to appear before the Metropolitan Magistrate, 6th Court, Mazgaon, Mumbai, and furnish bail in the sum of Rs.15,000/- and one or more sureties in the like amount. The learned Counsel for the Applicants submits that on account of certain circumstances the Applicants - Respondents have not been able to comply with the order dated 12th March, 2019 and he seeks six weeks more time to comply with the order.

For the reasons assigned in the application and to advance the cause of justice, the time granted by this Court by an order dated 12th March, 2019, to the Applicants - Respondents, to appear before the Metropolitan Magistrate, 6th Court, Mazgaon, Mumbai, and furnish bail, is hereby extended by four weeks from today.
