Learned APP has placed on record a report received from the Superintendent, Nasik Road Central Prison. Same is taken on record. Relying upon the contents of the said report, the learned APP submits that the Petitioner is acquitted for the offence punishable under Sections 452, 392, 397, 302 read with 34 of Indian Penal code by this Court on 13th October, 2020 by allowing Appeal No. 685 of 2016.
