In this petition the grievance is as regards the Government decision providing for procedure for supply of food grains and other items to Government Ashram Schools and Government Hostels. Our attention is invited to the Government Resolution dated 25th February 2014 which now operates in the field. The said GR provides for following E-tender process for acquiring food grains and other items. The said GR dated 24th February 2014 is taken on record and marked `X'

In view of this subsequent Government Resolution, nothing survives in this PIL and the same is disposed of.
