Considering the submission so made and the fact that the issue with regard to the amount spent and/or construction made by the Petitioner in purchase of plot in question and the construction of building on it need to be adjudicated by appropriate court and, therefore, by keeping all points open with this regard and the Appellant also wants to pursue the appropriate remedy, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty.
