The parties having obtained order from this Court of quashing the FIR, have not paid the costs as directed. This Court has exercised the powers under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing the subject FIR, subject to payment of costs. The record indicates that the parties, though not necessary for the office, were intimated about the compliance to be made. If the parties are not complying with the conditions imposed in the order, we will have to recall the order quashing the FIR.

As today none appears for the Petitioners and Respondent No.1, in order to give one more opportunity, we adjourn the matter by three weeks. Stand over to 24th February 2016.
