This application is for bringing legal heirs on record of deceased Kanti Manchu Patel who died on 16.3.2016.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, the averments Mohite 1/2
3 caw1995-16 made in the Application and as application is filed within time, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for following order:
a) Applicant is permitted to bring legal heirs on record of deceased petitioner no.1 Kanti Manchu Patel in Writ Petition No.2201 of 2011 within 6 weeks from today, failing which Civil Application shall stand dismissed without referring back to the court.
b) If amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, applicant is directed to serve amended copy of Writ Petition on respondent's or their advocate immediately thereafter.
c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
