The learned counsel for the applicant fairly submits that the memorandum of test identification parade is given to the accused. It is further fairly submitted that the accused are identified at the test identification parade. However, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that taking into consideration the age of the applicant, the trial be expedited. It is also submitted that the charge is framed. In view of this the learned Sessions Judge Kolhapur shall make every endeavour to expedite the trial.
