The petition and the civil application are sought to be withdrawn after having been argued at some length on the basis of mere apprehension of the petitioners and reference to several other proceedings pending on the same subject matter. When the Court proposed to dismiss the petition with costs by giving reasons in detail, the petition was sought to be withdrawn. Therefore, it is dismissed as withdrawn with, by way of token of disapproval, cost of Rs.5,000/-, which the petitioners shall pay to the Maharashtra Legal Services Authority within a period of one month from today.
