The above Civil Application has been filed for interim stay pending the above First Appeal. By an order dated 22-11-2013 ad-interim stay was granted on the condition that the Applicant / Appellant deposits the entire decreetal amount in the Trial Court. The Applicant / Appellant has accordingly deposited the entire decreetal amount in the Trial Court which is in the region of Rs.11,37,494/- excluding the amount of Rs.25,000/-deposited in this Court at the time of filing of the above First Appeal. In view of the decreetal amount having already been deposited, it would be just and proper to allow the above Civil Application which is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
