In the Public Interest Litigation challenge is to the allotment of land referred to in paragraph 2 of the PIL in favour of Respondent No.5.

By way of Application No.147 of 2011 the Applicants seek impleadment on the plea that said Applicants ought to have

The Applicants cannot be permitted to intervene in the instant Public Interest Litigation.

If the Applicants have a right adverse to that of Respondent No.5 to the land in question it has to avail a substantive remedy.

The Application is dismissed.
