By this application, the applicant seeks interim protection, pending the hearing and final disposal of Criminal Bail Application No.557 of 2017, which is pending on the file of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1, Solapur.

Learned APP on telephonic instructions of the Crime Police Inspector Mr.Suryakant Patil, states that the applicant will not be arrested

In view of the said statement made by the learned APP, on instructions, nothing survives for consideration in the said application. 5.

The application is accordingly disposed of on aforesaid terms. 6.

The learned Judge shall decide the application being Criminal Bail Application No.557 of 2017, finally on 27th June, 2017. 7.
