The applicant was directed to be released on bail on 15/03/2022 by furnishing cash bail in the sum of Rs.25,000/- for a period of eight weeks in lieu of sureties. As a condition of his release, he was directed to execute P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the AJN

2/2 17 IA-1882.22.odt application. Learned counsel states that pursuant to the said order, he was released on bail on 11/04/2022 and is in the process of obtaining the sureties. He seeks six weeks time to furnish the same.

Considering the above, time to furnish sureties, as a condition of his release on bail, shall be complied with, within six weeks. It is made clear that if there is no compliance, the Investigating Officer shall be at liberty to arrest the applicant. 4.

The interim application is disposed off.
