This petition is filed for quashing of order dated VINOD BHASKAR GOKHALE 31/05/2023 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan.

04-wp-1902-23 The Petitioners were arrested pursuant to the N.B.W. issued vide order dated 15/03/2023 by the same Court. They moved an application for their release on bail. That application is kept pending and the order passed on 31/05/2023 is as follows: "Put up for hearing after appearance of two remaining accused who are still absent."

By separate order passed in Writ Petition No.1901 of 2023, these petitioners are already granted bail, therefore, nothing further survives in this petition. Consequently, the order dated 31/05/2023 which is impugned in this petition is set aside. 5.

The petition is disposed of.
