This application seeks recall of a conditional order of rejection passed by Registrar (Judicial-II). For the reasons stated in the civil application, the order is recalled and set aside. The second appeal is restored on board and shall appear for admission on 3 April 2017. The civil application is disposed of accordingly. Issue notice in the second appeal to the Respondents returnable on that date. The Appellants are permitted to effect a private service and file an affidavit of service by the next date.
