Learned counsel for the applicant at the outset states that she is not pressing the prayer for bail of the applicant since earlier applications for bail were rejected. She submits that however, hearing of the Criminal Appeal No. 828 of 2012 deserves to be expedited. Statement is accepted.

Having regard to the fact that the appeal is of the year 2012 and paper book is ready, in our view, interest of justice would be served if the hearing of said appeal is expedited. Registry is directed to place the appeal on final hearing board in the week commencing from 8th February, 2016. Criminal Application stands disposed of.
