This Civil Application seeks condonation of delay of 181 days in filing the present First Appeal. The application is duly served on the Respondent. Despite such service, there is neither appearance on the part of the Respondent, nor any reply to the Civil Application. 2.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the Civil Application is allowed by condoning the delay. Office shall now number the First Appeal, subject to removal of other office objections, if any. The First Appeal shall appear on board on 24 April 2017. The Appellant to give notice of the next date of hearing to the Respondent. The Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
