The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent has tendered across the bar a report dated 12th June 2018 signed by the Assistant Commissioner and a clerk as well as Panchanama drawn on 12th June 2018. To the Panchanama, there are photographs annexed. The report along with Panchanama annexed thereto are taken on record and marked as "R-1" for identification. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that only a wall has been demolished. From the photographs, it appears that not only a wall has been demolished but a substantial demolition has been carried out. In view of the statements made in the said report, Panchanama and in view of what can be seen from the photographs annexed thereto, it is not necessary to entertain this petition.
