Office note shows that the Civil Application is dismissed against Respondent No.3. Hence, Office is directed to make appropriate noting in the cause title of the First Appeal to that effect.

Hence, the following order:

b) Office to make note in the First Appeal that the First Appeal stood dismissed against Respondent No.3.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.

d) No order as to costs.
