This is an application for modification in the order dated 3rd February, 2015. The applicant was released on bail in the sum of Rs. 7 lacs with cash deposit. He was directed to attend the office of the Investigating Officer on 1st and 15th of every month until further orders from this court. I am informed by the learned counsel Ms. Patil that the chargesheet has been filed.

In view of the filing of chargesheet, attendance at the office of Investigating Officer is not necessary. Therefore, condition of attendance in the office of Investigating Officer is deleted. The applicant shall attend the office of Investigating Officer, if he is required by the Investigating Officer for further investigation, if any.
