This is an application for modification of condition No.(a) imposed upon the Applicant while releasing him on bail by this Court by its Order dated 20.01.2016.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that though the order is passed in January 2016, as the Applicant is unable to furnish solvent local surety and is still languishing in jail.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, the said condition is hereby modified and the Applicant is permitted to furnish PR Bond of Rs.50,000/- with on or more solvent sureties in the like amount. Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S.GADKARI, J.) Sneha Chavan 1/1
