This application is taken out for restoration of Writ Petition No.5119/2009 and restoration of interim relief. This writ petition was disposed of by order dated 31 August 2021 based on a list of matters received from the office of the Government Pleader on the ground that they have become infructuous. The counsel for the Petitioner points out that the petition has not become infructuous as

In light thereof, the order dated 31 August 2021 is recalled. Writ Petition No.5119/2009 is restored to file. The interim order dated 15 June 2009 is also recalled which will be continued till the disposal of the writ petition. 4.
