Heard learned AGP. This application is by State for deleting the name of deceased Respondent No. 4e-v because her legal heirs are already on record.

In view of the averments in the application and in view of the fact that the proposed legal heirs of deceased Respondent No. 4e-v are already stated to be on record, this application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) & (c). Applicant-State is permitted to delete name Respondent No.4e-v from array of the Respondents. 3.
