The only relief sought by the Petitioners is that a direction be issued to the Additional Collector, Pune for disposing of the stay application filed in RTS Appeal No.142 of 2015 which the Additional Collector has heard, but has not passed orders. If that be so, the Additional Collector, Pune is directed to pronounce the order on or before 14.08.2015. With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. [R.M. SAVANT, J] BGP.
