ORDER:

The order dated 05 June 2018 of DRT in Securitisation Application No.106 of 2018 now stands complied after this Court had extended the time for payment vide order dated 6 June 2018.

The Securitisation Application No.106 of 2018 is still pending and is to come up for hearing before DRT on 27 July 2018. In these circumstances, the present Petition need not be kept pending in this Court. We direct that until 27 July 2018 the Respondent Bank shall defer taking the possession of the two flats in question. The Petitioners would be at liberty to seek extension of ad-interim order to defer the taking over 1/2

We make it clear that the DRT is free to pass orders in the Securitisation Application as it deems appropriate and without being influenced by the orders passed in the present Writ Petition.
