The impugned order is dated 23.2.2013. It is seen from the record that ons 24.8.2016, the learned counsel for the petitioner had sought an adjournment. Same was the position on 14.9.2016. On 14.9.2016, the matter was kept for dismissal on 21.9.2016. The petitioner was to satisfy the Court regarding the maintainability of the Writ Petition. Today, none appears for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Hence, the matter stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
