The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this Petition. However, he states that an application which may be made by the Petitioner for allotment of separate temporary plots to its individual members be ordered to be considered expeditiously.

This Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 5.

If an application is made by the Petitioner to the concerned Authority of the Respondents within a period of four days from today, the same shall be disposed of within a period of three weeks from the date on which the application is made.
