The learned APP states that now charge sheet has been already filed. This fact is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. Now the remedy under the statute is available to the Petitioner. We, therefore, decline to entertain this Criminal Writ Petition. The same is disposed of by keeping the said remedy open.
