This application is for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1. There is a delay of 1 year 232 days in taking out the present application. The delay is explained in paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 of the civil application. For the reasons stated in the civil application, the delay is condoned and the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. The application is disposed of accordingly.
