Heard learned Counsel for the Applicants and Respondent No.1. The application is for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.2. The legal heirs, who are proposed to be impleaded, are all duly served. The court report of service shows that the service is complete. None appears for the legal heirs, despite such service. There is a delay in taking out the present application. The delay is, however, explained in paras 2,3 and 4 of the civil application. For the reasons stated in the civil application, the delay is condoned and the civil application is allowed in terms of prayers (a) and (b). The amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
