The above Civil Application has been filed seeking amendment to the above Petition in terms of the schedule annexed to the Civil Application. The Applicants also seeks expeditious hearing of the above Writ Petition and the companion matters being Writ Petition Nos.3822/2006, 3821/2006 and 5271/2006.
In so far as the amendment to the Petition which is sought by way of the above Civil Application, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent - Pune Municipal Corporation has no objection to the amendment being allowed.

caw-1762.15 The amendment is accordingly allowed, to be carried out within two weeks from date and a copy of the amended Petition to be served on the other side. The Respondent Pune Municipal Corporation would be at liberty to file a reply to the amended Petition.
In so far as the expeditious hearing is concerned, considering the fact that the issue relates to the entitlement of the Petitioners to compensation. In my view, it would be just and proper to expedite the hearing of the above Petition and the companion matters being Writ Petition Nos.3822/2006, 3821/2006 and 5271/2006. The above Petition and the companion Petitions are accordingly to be listed for final hearing in the week commencing 5/10/2015, to be shown on the final hearing board at the appropriate place as per chronological order with liberty to the parties to apply for a fixed date of hearing.
