After the writ petition was heard for some time, bearing in mind the alternate remedies available to the petitioner to resolve a factual dispute, Mr. Khandeparkar seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings under the SARFAESI Act. Leave granted. The writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
