By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is seeking direction against respondent No.2 to allow the petitioner to operate his Bank Account No.4445069363.

12-WP-3476-2021.doc account as per the directions of Cyber Cell, Delhi. He submits that the petitioner already made an application before the learned Magistrate at Patiala Dehli as regards de-freezing his bank account in connection with direction issued by Cyber Cell, Delhi. 4.

In view of this subsequent development, he received instructions from his client to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate steps in his pending application. To that effect, Advocate on record of the petitioner has given in writing. The same is taken on record and marked ' X' for identification.

In view of these facts, following order is passed; : O R D E R :

(a) Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for;

(b) No order as to costs.
