Perused the letter dated 13.6.2018 addressed by the learned Judges of Appellate Bench of the Small Causes Court (Bandra Branch), Mumbai to the Registrar (Judicial-II) of this Court. By this letter, the Appellate Bench of Small Causes Court has sought ex-post facto extension of time for disposal of applications in Appeal No.6/2013. Vide said letter, it is reported that due to inadvertence extension of time limit could not be sought by said Court, however, the applications directed to be disposed of have been disposed of on 5.6.2018. 2.

Perused the earlier order passed by this Court in the present Petitions.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the letter dated 13.6.2018, ex-post facto extension of time to dispose of applications in Appeal No.6/2003 is granted. Office is directed to communicate this order to the Appellate Bench of Small Causes Court, Bandra Branch, Mumbai.
