The Investigating Officer of C.R. No.320 of 2022 registered with Vile Parle Police Station, who is present in the court, makes a categorical statement that the custody of the applicant is not warranted, considering the fact that the alleged goods have been recovered from Surat.

The applicant, who apprehends his arrest in the aforesaid C.R., however, shall render all his co-operation to the Investigating Officer and report to him, as and when directed. Hence, the following order:
ORDER
(a) In the event of arrest, the applicant - Rajesh Ramkumar @ Ramgopal Agarwal shall be released on bail in C.R. No.320 of 2022 registered with Vile Parle Police Station, District Mumbai on executing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- and furnishing one or two sureties of the like amount.
(b) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case and shall not tamper with prosecution evidence.
(c) The applicant shall report to the Vile Parle Police Station as and when required by the Investigating Officer.

The application is disposed off in the aforesaid terms.
