It is an application for condonation of 44 days delay caused in preferring the Appeal against the judgment and decree dated 3rd January, 2014 in Regular Civil Appeal No. 358 of 2005 passed by the District Judge-2, Niphad, Nashik.

Sufficient cause is shown for condoning delay, in view of the averments made in para-10 of the application. In view of this, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The Civil Application is disposed of in above terms.
