Upon urgent mentioning, taken on Production Board. 2.

This Application is moved for restoration of Civil Application (St.) No. 22877 of 2010 which was refused by conditional order dated 23rd September, 2010 passed by Registrar (Judicial-I). 3.

The learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that the Civil Application was refused for non-removal of office objection.

Trupti p601--caf-2206-12.doc He has further submitted that the applicants are ready to remove the office objections. He has further submitted that there is a delay in filing the present Civil Application and hence, delay be condoned.

In view of the submissions, the conditional order dated 23rd September, 2010 of refusing the Civil Application (St.) N. 22877 of 2010 is hereby set aside. Civil Application is restored to its original file.
