This Writ Petition challenges the impugned order dated 11 April 2018, thereby challenging the quantum of the standard rent fixed by the Trial Court.

The suit flat is admeasuring 800 sq. ft. in a building situated at Grant Road, Mumbai, which is the part of South Mumbai.

The Trial Court had fixed the standard rent at the rate of Rs.620/- per month for the flat admeasuring 800 sq.ft, 1/2

904-wp13642-18.doc situated at Grant Road, Mumbai in South Mumbai, which according to me is less then even one rupee. The Petitioner submits that the rent should be Rs.126/- per month for the area admeasuring 800 sq. ft.

After the matter was argued for some time and after I showed dis-inclination to entertain this Writ Petition in the morning session, at the request of advocate for the Petitioner, the matter was kept in the afternoon session for the Petitioner to take instructions from her client.

In the afternoon session, advocate for the Petitioner sought liberty to withdraw this Writ Petition, on instructions from her client.

6.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of, as withdrawn. No costs.
