2] Heard Ms Rajeshwari Patil, learned counsel for the appellant. She seeks permission to withdraw the above appeal. She has tendered an affidavit of the appellant dated 3rd August 2019 setting out therein that she does not wish to proceed with the hearing of the appeal and has authorised her Advocate to take necessary steps for withdrawal of the appeal. The affidavit is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.
