At the outset, as soon as the matter was called out, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application, with liberty to file an appropriate application for bail, after filing of the chargesheet, before the Sessions Court. 2.

Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

If an application for bail is filed, after filing of charge sheet, the same shall be decided by the learned Judge, on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this application. 4.

It is informed that an application under Section 167(2) of Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the applicant in the Sessions Court. If such an application is filed, the learned Judge shall decide the same, on its own merits.
