It appears that in the second last line of paragraph 2, the date has been inadvertently stated as '20th February, 2019' instead of '28th February, 2019'

Accordingly, the date appearing in the second last line of paragraph 2, of the aforesaid order dated 20th May, 2019, be corrected as '28th February, 2019' instead of '20th February, 2019'. 4.
